Many of us have stressful jobs and are unhappy in what we do. We could also be in an unhealthy relationship. Whatever the stress is from we need to be aware of it.
Eating healthy and getting more exercise will help us fight the demon of stress and by doing just that we will gather more happiness in our lives.
