1、展臺(tái)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/exhibition stand standard：
國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)展位（3m×3m）[不設(shè)9㎡以下展臺(tái)]：
International standard stand（3m×3m）[smaller than 9㎡ is not accepted]
國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)12800元（人民幣）/展位/展期
Fee for Chinese enterprise is 12,800 RMB.
境外企業(yè)32800元（人民幣）/展位/展期
Fee for foreign enterprise is 32,800 RMB.
2、展臺(tái)裝修、產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸/constructing of exhibition stand and transportation of products：
為搞好參展的展臺(tái)裝修和展品運(yùn)輸，我會(huì)將指定專業(yè)的展覽裝修公司和運(yùn)輸公司，作為本會(huì)的展臺(tái)裝修代理和運(yùn)輸代理，屆時(shí)他們將會(huì)以一流的水平為參展廠商服務(wù)。
We will appoint professional exhibition construction and transport company as the agent to provide the high-class service for the participants.
3、參展流程/procedures：
（1）請(qǐng)認(rèn)真填寫《參展報(bào)名表》加蓋公章后寄送或傳真至承辦單位
Fill the Application Form of Participation with a seal, then mail or fax it to the organizing committee.
（2）展位安排以“先報(bào)名、先付款，先安排”的原則，報(bào)名廠商未按規(guī)定時(shí)間付款，組織單位視其自動(dòng)取消參展申請(qǐng)，所訂展位不予保留。組織單位保留最終展位調(diào)配權(quán)。
The position arrangement for exhibition stands is based on the principle of “first apply and pay, first get”. If participant does not pay on time, its application and stand position reservation will be automatically cancelled. The organizing committee will keep the right of final adjustment for the exhibition stands.
（3）舉辦方將在收到回執(zhí)表后與參展商簽訂展位預(yù)定協(xié)議，發(fā)送參展通知書。
The exhibition organizers send out the invitation to the participant just after receiving the return receipt and finishing the engage contract with the applicant.
4、免費(fèi)服務(wù)項(xiàng)目/Free Service Items：
（1）展會(huì)《會(huì)刊》內(nèi)頁(yè)300字企業(yè)文字介紹；
Participant’s introduction of 300 words in the Exhibition Catalogue.
（2）提供《參展商手冊(cè)》，詳細(xì)說(shuō)明參展相關(guān)細(xì)則；
Provide the Exhibitors Manual with detailed information and instructions.
（3）協(xié)助安排酒店，享受大會(huì)指定酒店價(jià)格優(yōu)惠
Hotel reservation service, price discount on appointed hotels.
（4）協(xié)助舉辦研討會(huì)，組織專業(yè)聽眾；
Seminar holding service, organizing professional audience.
（5）提供大會(huì)參觀券50張；
Provide 50 free visiting tickets of the conference and exhibition.
